In 2013, the current owners undertook a complete renovation where every door, window, floor and wall was carefully replaced, giving great thought to the quality and authenticity of the materials used. Noted architect Wilson Fuqua led the renovation which successfully expanded the main house and added the annex in a manner that flows seamlessly from the original structure. Wilson worked to ensure that the scale and design details were consistent with the spirit of the original. Ceilings, columns, feature windows and the exterior brick surface were all chosen to repeat the original themes. Since the project was completed in late 2015, the property has received many accolades and has been published in interior and architecture magazines and books.

All doors and windows throughout the entire house are custom-made in mahogany.

All paint done by Barry Martin and Associates using custom-mixed Farrow and Ball colors and finishes specified by Cathy Kincaid Interiors.

All finishes and interior design elements throughout the house were selected by Cathy Kincaid.

All lights, heating and air-conditioning, pools, and garage doors can be controlled through phone apps.

Landscape design was created by Diana Green of Green Print Designs, a leading design firm based in Los Angeles. All installation and on-going care provided by Texas Garden Services.

French Limestone fountain at the entry and the English stone fountain in the dining courtyard are antique.

Pool tile surround and limestone detail around the jacuzzi are custom designed and fabricated.
